1. General provisions

1.1 These regulations define the rules of using the online store and the rules of selling products available in the store offer “bedante.pl”

The content on the website is the copyright of its owner and any sharing or copying thereof is prohibited.

The subject of the purchase are products available in the store offer “bedante.pl” The shipment of purchased products takes place in the form chosen by the buyer when placing the order (own transport, courier, personal collection), within 10 business days from the acceptance of the project or placing the order.

The license does not cover the use of copyright for commercial purposes.

2.1. The store offers the possibility of purchasing products from the Bedante brand, Meble Futura S.C. Mateusz Rejniak, Maciej Rejniak with its registered office at: Stary Ochędzyn 76a, 98-420 Stary Ochędzyn, NIP 9970153128, Regon 361664772.

2.2. Depending on the product, personalized options are available (to size, color, pattern), which require acceptance of the project before implementation, and after its acceptance the deadline for completion is 10 working days. Products available immediately have an appropriate description, are also manufactured after purchase. The deadline for completion is 10 working days.

2.3. Due to the nature of the products and personalization of individual product features for the customer, the Customer cannot withdraw from the transaction after the purchase and production of the goods.

Right to withdraw from the contract

3.1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason for goods available in stock, the information in the product description applies. In accordance with art. 38 of the Act, in relation to a purchase agreement in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specification or intended to meet their individual needs; withdrawal from the agreement is not possible.

3.2. The deadline for withdrawal from the agreement expires after 14 days from the date on which the customer came into possession of the product.

3.3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, you must inform us of your decision in the form of an unequivocal statement by e-mail to the following address: bedante@bedante.pl

Complaints

4.1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of finding defects in the products

4.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the e-mail address bedante@bedante.pl

4.3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission.

5. Final provisions

5.1. The Regulations enter into force on the date of publication on the Store’s website.

5.2. Changes to the regulations will be published on the Store’s website, and customers will be informed about them.
